Developmental history of the company
The history of «Varshavsky & partners» started in 2009, when Vladislav Varshavsky and Vladlena Varshavskaya left the companies they worked in.
As early as in the initial years of the partnership among the company’s clients were major international transport companies, foreign producers of sporting goods, the largest tea factory in Russia, a large aluminum producer, a foreign producer of plumbing equipment, the world's major producer of agricultural products.
Increase of circle of clients
Involving principally highly skilled specialists the company has achieved top results, professional and public recognition.
By the 2010 the circle of clients included such companies as Intersport CIS and Goodpri OY.
Reaching a new level
National rating "Pravo.ru-300" noted «Varshavsky & partners» as one of the leaders of the legal market in 2015-2019.
Continuing success
In 2017 our company organized the International Forum "LEGAL GATES", getting together the best world experts in international business activity. The event was one of the 5 key export events in Russia.

According to the results of 2019, the company was recognized as a leader in such law branches as "Tax Law and Tax Disputes," "international business activity / Currency Regulation", "Arbitration Proceedings", «Litigation».
- Varshavskiy Vladislav graduated with honors from SPb IVESEP in 2003, and in 2008 from St. Petersburg State University.
- Today Vladislav is a member of the Technical and Economic Council of the State Duma of the Russian Federation (Committee for Nature Management, Ecology of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region), a member of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, and a speaker of the Center for the Development and Support of Entrepreneurship.
- Vladislav began his career in 2002 as a legal adviser in the legal department of the US-Russian holding company (AFT) with offices in Seattle, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Vladivostok.
- In 2004, after implementing a number of successful projects, the head of the legal department of the holding in Russia, where he worked until 2009.
- Every year the company grew. Already in 2010, the following companies joined the circle of clients: Intersport CIS and Goodpri OY.
- In 2011, the company’s client was Orimi Trade LLC.
- In 2012, our customers are: CJSC Dielectric, Delta Sport LLC, Alvedent LLC.
- In 2013, the American company Cargill, represented by the Russian representative office, joined the company’s clients.
- In 2014, the group of clients included OOO NPTK “SUPROTEK”
- In 2015, the number of clients of the company has replenished: PJSC “Dmitrov Experimental Plant of Aluminum and Composite Tape”, LLC “Gas Region Invest”.
- By attracting to the work of the company exclusively professionals in their field, with a high level of competence, the company achieved high results.
- In 2015, the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry brought the company “Varshavskiy and Partners” to the Register of Reliable Partners of the RF CCI (certificate No. 01028-101). And she noted the company “Varshavskiy and Partners” thanks for their contribution to the development of the economy of St. Petersburg.
- Also, in 2015, the law firm “Varshavskiy and Partners” entered the “Pravo.ru-300” rating, taking 24th place in the regional rating.
- Our experts not only act as speakers on the most famous venues, such as the “Russian Business Forum”, but also organize seminars themselves. In 2016 a whole series of free events for participants of foreign economic activity was organized by the specialists of our company.
- In 2017 our company organized the International Forum “LEGAL GATES”, gathering the best world experts in foreign trade. The event was included in five key events of the Russian Federation in terms of exports.
- In the same year, the company “Varshavskiy and Partners” receives the “Gazelle of Business 2017” award, which is awarded to the fastest growing and creative companies of St. Petersburg. And also becomes a laureate of the Vlll Annual Award “Consumer Rights and Quality of Service” in the nomination “Legal Services”. This socially significant award is presented to the most successful projects in the field of consumer rights and quality of service.
